Center
For The Promotion Of Imports From Developing Countries
In 2001, ATC participated in CBI's Export Promotion Program.
The Centre for the Promotion of Imports from
Developing Countries (CBI) was established in 1971 and is an Agency
of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. CBI operates within the policy
framework set by the Netherlands Minister for Development Cooperation.
Its mission is to contribute to the economic
independence of developing countries by strengthening the competitiveness
of companies in those countries on international markets, primarily
the West-European market, by improving conditions in enterprises
and business support organizations. CBI considers social values
and compliance with the most relevant environmental requirements
to be an integral part of its policy and activities.
