ASSOCIATION OF NEGROS PRODUCERS In 1998, ATC joined Association of Negros Producers (ANP).

ANP is a non-stock, non-profit and non-political organization composed of professionals, entrepreneurs and housewives. Its establishment in 1988 was inspired by the sugar crisis that left about 150, 000 workers without employment.

It aims to represent, promote and lobby the interest of small and medium scale producers in Negros Occidental. Furthermore, it aims to develop the capabilities of SME manufacturers to face the challenges of global competition through trainings, trade promotions and linkages with government and non-government agencies.

METRO BACOLOD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY In 1998, Alter Trade became a member of Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MBCCI).

It is an organization of businessmen whose role is to protect the business sectors' interest in Metro Bacolod. Likewise it creates business opportunities for the development of Bacolod.

PHILIPPINE EXPORTER'S CONFEDERATION In 1996, ATC became a member of the Philippine Exporter's Confederation (PHILEXPORT).

PHILEXPORT is the umbrella organization of Philippine exporters accredited under the Export Development Act (EDA) of 1994. It is a non-stock, non-profit private organization born out of the unification of the Philippine Exporters Foundation and the Confederation of Philippine Exporters last October 1991. It is mandated to strengthen the country's export industry through its export promotion and development programs.

International Federation of Alternative Trade (IFAT) In 1993, Alter Trade Corporation (ATC) became a full member of the International Federation of Alternative Trade (IFAT).

IFAT is a global network of over 160 Fair Trade organizations in more than 50 countries, which works to improve the livelihoods and well being of disadvantaged people in developing countries and to change the unfair structures of international trade.

International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) In 1995, ATC became a full member of International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM).

IFOAM is the worldwide umbrella organization of the organic agriculture movement with about 750 member organizations and institutions in about 100 countries all over the world. Founded in 1972.

NATURLAND ATC's muscovado sugar has been certified organic by Naturland since 1996.

Naturland is an organization accredited by International Federation of Agriculture Movements (IFOAM).

ASIA FAIR TRADE FORUM In 2002, ATC became a member of the Asia Fair Trade Forum.

It is an organization of community producer groups and fair trade exporting companies and parties committed to the Fair Trade advocacy. The forum defined plans in the areas of market access, consumer awareness and policy advocacy for the benefit of members and other disadvantaged producers.
