Capability Building and Support Services

Program Objectives:

 1. To develop personnel expertise in program management of training methodologies and provide assistance for other Training needs.

 

2. Assist HOE staff and communities to conceptualize, implement and operate appropriate Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation systems.

 

3. Transform existing ATFI credit program into community-based savings and credit program.

 

4. Conceptualize and develop a savings and credit system that is run outside ATFI serving the needs of SA-OF communities. 

Program Components are:

Savings and Credit: Provide credit facilities to qualified People's Organizations based on the viability, efficiency and suitability of the project.

 

Training and Development: Assess training needs, avail and/or conduct program methodologies and skills for project management.
