1. To raise individual and organizational capacities through skills, capability-building and values transformation programs.

 

 2. To facilitate formation of cluster organizations of Peoples' Organization (PO) towards  formation of a federation to effectively influence development programs and decision-making processes affecting their lives and their communities.

 

3. To strengthen PO cluster organization and federation's control over land, negotiate access over productive resources and command, better prices for their products through better market access.

 

4. To assist in building up of internal and external resources of cluster organization of POs through savings, improved claim-making capacities and networking thereby reducing dependence on usurers and unscrupulous traders.

    

Program Components are:

 

Organizational Development and Capability Building: Capability Building of ATFI production areas on Participatory Impact Monitoring and Evaluation, Leadership, Land Tenure Improvement, Cluster Organizations, Piloting and Peoples' Organization Expansion.

 

Savings Mobilization: Awareness and Training of all partner producers on savings system.

 

Land Tenure Improvement: Awareness and Training on Agrarian Reform and Right to Development, assisting partner producers on Land Tenure Improvement.

 

Networking, Advocacy and Social Marketing: Explore services or resources that can be accessed, provide assistance for Local People's Organizations' accreditation.

 

Community Based Information System: Setup guidelines for Community Based Information System for development planning, market and production matching.
