     iversified Organic Enterprise Incorporated (DOEI) was created and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 16, 1997.

     DOEI's birth was inspired by the increasing need of Alter Trade Foundation (ATFI) supported areas for quality organic inputs, specifically organic fertilizer.

         
 

     It has four goals:
   

Attainment of quality product corresponding to defined product standards,
   

Provide technology transfer to entities and sourcing of product from surplus,
   

Organizational Strengthening, and
   

Income Generation
   
 

     DOEI is an organization committed to produce high quality fertilizer products in harmony with the society and the environment. It ensures socially and environmentally sound production processes.

     Currently, research and technology development are continuously carried out in partnership with ATFI to improve the quality of organic fertilizer and eventually increase production volume to adequately provide for the organic production of crops.
